SMT. The senior management team within the Modern Slavery Police Transformation Unit, which at the time of writing comprises the Unit Commander, Head of Operations and Development and Head of Insight and Analysis and Head of NRM and 4P Delivery; “Single Competent Authority (SCA)” Home Office department responsible for administering the National Referral Mechanism;
