SMS Services definition

SMS Services means the mobile telephone messaging services offered by the Bank from time to time which are the subject of these Terms and Conditions and include, without limitation, those services listed in Schedule 3.
SMS Services means the +1 Zone SMS Services and/or International SMS Services as the applicable case may be and as designated in Schedule A or in any Service Order.
SMS Services means short message services via text messaging.

Examples of SMS Services in a sentence

  • Some destination countries of the SMS Services have compliance restrictions, policies or applicable country SMS regulations related to the type of Content sent via a route or provider and while some countries require content whitelisting.

  • Only TeleSign approved SMS Content shall be allowed to be sent as part of SMS Services.

  • Customer agrees that the SMS Services provided under this Agreement will be used for their own activities and shall make sure that the C-DAC SMS Services are not misused and shall not be extended to any third party.

  • To perform the SMS Services, each Party must bear the costs related to investment, provisioning and maintenance of the connecting facility located within its network territory.

  • Where Our right to supply or make available, arrange and/or procure SMS Services from Our Nominated Supplier ceases for any reason We reserve the right to withdraw and terminate the provision of the SMS Services and all related facilities and services under this Attachment in connection with SMS Services immediately on notice to You provided We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (i) provide You with as much notice as is reasonably practicable and (ii) offer replacement or substitute SMS Services.

  • SMS Services means the service provided by the Service Provider through Texter which enables You to send and receive Standard Rate Messages through the Service Providers SMS Gateway.

  • Your acknowledge that SMS Services are supplied by Us via Our nominated and approved third party supplier (“Nominated Supplier”) from time to time.

SMS Services means the services to be provided by Developer to Licensee as set forth in paragraph 3, Software Maintenance.

Related to SMS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed as a professional athlete or agrees to render services as a player on a professional sports team or with a professional sports organization.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
