Smart Safe definition

Smart Safe means equipment with related software and accessories installed by Bank’s approved provider pursuant to an agreement with Customer, which equipment is installed in Customer’s locations and which equipment counts, records and reports the currency deposited into and accepted by it.
Smart Safe means an intelligent safe (and related and delivered by your armored courier to the appropriate vault location software and accessories) that can count, record and electronically in accordance with the terms and conditions for the cash vault service. report the currency accepted into it and that is compatible with the SSDDP service. 5.

Examples of Smart Safe in a sentence

Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • Public Safety and/or “Nuisance” means anything which is injurious to the safety or health of an entire community or neighborhood, or any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs the free passage or use, in the customary manner, of any navigable lake, or river, bay, stream, canal, or basin.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.
