Small Works definition

Small Works means minor office refurbishment such as painting, plastering and any other small works with the prior written approval of the Association.

Small Works a Service with a Price lower than £10,000 (ex VAT) that can be agreed via email between the Client and the Contractor without the need for a Statement of Work; “Terms of Payment” the terms of payment of invoices raised from the Contractor to the Client for the Price for the provision of a Service detailed in the relevant Statement of Work or other Payment Schedule and payable within 15 days of being received by the Client; "Third Party Software" any software provided by the Contractor as part of the Services, or incorporated into the Digital Solution, which is owned by a third party;

• This Small Works Agreement must be obtained from the Highway Authority before any works are carried out on any footway, carriageway, verge or other land forming part of the highway.

• Bids received after the time stated in the most recent Small Works Roster Bid as amended will not be accepted and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder or rejected if the FAX time is later than the time stated in the Small Works Roster Bid.

More Definitions of Small Works

Small Works means physical works with a total cost of less than $50,000 GST Inc., and do not meet the definition of “High Risk Construction Work” in the Work, Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (NSW);

Small Works means any change to the Works requested by the Municipality having an individual cost not exceeding R100 000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Rand) (indexed to CPI) or as otherwise agreed from time to time, except for any request which will (if implemented) increase the likelihood of the Services not complying with the performance regime or materially and adversely affect the Private Party's ability to perform its obligations under this PPP Agreement;

Small Works means any change to the Services (which for the avoidance of doubt, may involve the undertaking of physical works to any New Project Facility) requested by the Authority having an individual cost not exceeding £1,000 (Indexed) or as otherwise agreed from time to time, except for any request which will (if implemented) increase the likelihood of the Services not meeting the Authority’s Requirements or materially and adversely affect the Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement;

Small Works. Means works upto value of Rs.7,50,000/- or development of area upto 300 sq.mts. with above mentioned parameter of spans and for flat and sheeted roof/ floor overall height of structure being upto 12.5 mts.

Small Works means any change to the Services (which for the avoidance of doubt, may involve the undertaking of physical works to any Project Facility) requested by the Authority having an individual cost not exceeding £2,500 (Indexed) or as otherwise agreed from time to time, except for any request which will (if implemented) increase the likelihood of the Services not meeting the Authority’s Requirements or materially and adversely affect the Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement;

Small Works means any works, including facilities and equipment, of a minor nature that are requested by the City to be performed having an individual cost or aggregate cost with other linked works, including facilities and equipment, of a minor nature, not exceeding $[REDACTED] (index linked), or as otherwise agreed from time to time, but excluding any works, including facilities and equipment, which will increase the likelihood of a Construction Period Quality Failure, or will increase the cost to DB Co of carrying out the Works.

Small Works means any change to the Works requested by the Authority after the Services Commencement Date having an individual cost not exceeding [●] (indexed), or as otherwise agreed from time to time, except for any request which will (if implemented) increase the likelihood of the Service not complying with the User Requirements or materially and adversely affect the PPP Co’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
