Small Commercial Customer means a DRAM Resource Customer which is a non-Residential Customer with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less, including agricultural/pumping customers (PA-1, PA-2, TOU-PA-2 rates) and TOU-EV3, service to electric charging facilities with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less. Excludes customers on rate schedules for fixed usage and unmetered service (Schedules LS-1, LS-2, OL-1, TC-1, Wi-Fi-1, and WTR).
small company ’ means a company, other than a public company,—
Techno-Commercial Bid means proposal submitted by the Bidder in accordance with Clause 8.15.1;
Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Commercial means profit-seeking production, buying, or selling of any good, service, or other product.
Noncommercial means not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation. For purposes of this Public License, the exchange of the Licensed Material for other material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights by digital filesharing or similar means is NonCommercial provided there is no payment of monetary compensation in connection with the exchange.
e-commerce means buying or selling of goods or services including digital products over digital or electronic network;
Commercial Launch means on a country-by-country basis, the first sale of a Product to a Third Party following Regulatory Approval of the Product in such country.
Investment product means a financial instrument (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of MiFID II) or a structured deposit (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(43) of MiFID II).
Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.
Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.
Non-Commercial means not intended for or directed towards commercial advantages or monetary compensation.
pre-commercial procurement means the procurement of research and development services involving risk-benefit sharing under market conditions, and competitive development in phases, where there is a clear separation of the research and development services procured from the deployment of commercial volumes of end-products;
International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
Small farmer means a cultivator with an un-irrigated land holding up to two hectares or with an irrigated land holding up to one hectare, but more than the holding of a marginal farmer.
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Scheduled Commercial Bank means any bank included in the second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934).
Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.
Organ procurement organization means a person designated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as an organ procurement organization.
Approved Commercial Bank means a commercial bank with a consolidated combined capital and surplus of at least $5,000,000,000.
Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
Commences Commercial Service means the date upon which a Capital Improvement is first put into or commences commercial service by a Group Member following completion of construction, replacement, improvement or expansion and testing, as applicable.
Commercial Mobile Radio Service or “CMRS” means Commercial Mobile Radio Service as defined in Part 20 of the FCC’s Rules.
