Small cell wireless facility definition

Small cell wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following requirements:
Small cell wireless facility means a wireless communication facility where each antenna is located inside an enclosure of no more than three cubic feet in volume and all equipment associated with antenna is not cumulatively larger than twenty-eight cubic feet in volume. The following associated equipment is included in the calculation of associated equipment volume: electric meter, concealment, telecommunications demarcation box, ground-based enclosure, back-up power systems, grounding equipment, power transfer switch, and cut-off switch. The structure on which antenna facilities are mounted is: 50 feet or less, no more than 10 percent taller than other adjacent structures, or not extended to height of more than 50 feet or by more than 10 percent above its preexisting height as a result of the co-location of new antenna facilities.
Small cell wireless facility means a wireless communications facility where each antenna is located inside an enclosure of no more than three cubic feet in volume, or, in the case of an antenna that has exposed elements, the antenna and all of its exposed elements could fit within an imaginary enclosure of no more than three cubic feet; and primary equipment enclosures are not larger than seventeen cubic feet in volume. The following associated equipment may be located outside of the primary equipment enclosure and, if so located, is not included in the calculation of equipment volume: electric meter, concealment, telecommunications demarcation box, ground-based enclosure, backup power systems, grounding equipment, power transfer switch, and cut-off switch.

Small cell wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets each of the following qualifications:
Small cell wireless facility or “small cell facility” means a type of wireless communication facility that has the same meaning as set forth in 47 C.F.R. 1.6002(l), or any successor provision, which defines the term to mean a wireless communication facility where each antenna is no more than three cubic feet in volume, the associated wireless equipment is no more than 28 cubic feet in volume, and the facility is mounted on structures 50 feet or less in height, including antennas, or mounted on structures no more than 10 percent taller than adjacent structures, or that do not extend existing structures on which it is located to a height of more than 50 feet or by more than 10 percent, whichever is greater.
Small cell wireless facility or “small wireless facility” means a wireless communication facility where each antenna is no greater than three cubic feet; associated accessory equipment enclosures are not larger than twenty-eight cubic feet in volume.
