Small Cell definition

Small Cell means “small cell facility.”

Small Cell means a low-powered antenna (node) that has a range of 10 meters to two kilometers. The nodes of a “small cell” may or may not be connected by fiber. “Small,” for purposes of “small cell,” refers to the area covered, not the size of the facility. “Small cell” includes, but is not limited to, devices generally known as microcells, picocells and femtocells.

Small Cell means a low powered cellular radio access node that has a coverage of distance range from ten meters to two kilometers.

• All of Licensee’s construction and installation work for its Small Cell Equipment on the Municipal Facilities shall be performed at Licensee’s sole cost and expense and in a good and workmanlike manner and promptly completed.

• Any approved Site Supplement shall also include a list of approved Small Cell Equipment in Exhibit 1 to each Site Supplement.

• All of the Small Cell Equipment will be installed, operated and maintained by or on behalf of Licensee in accordance with applicable Laws.

• Licensee or its designee is required to apply for and obtain all Permits required by the Code for installation of wireless communications facilities and for work performed within the PROW and public utility easements, and the Small Cell Equipment must be installed and the PROW or public utility easement used according to the plans submitted by Licensee and approved by the Licensor in issuing such Permits.

Small Cell means a low-powered RF node, the antennas of which are significantly smaller than tradition ‘macro site’ antennas and have a significantly smaller service area, typically anywhere from 10 meters to one half (1/2) mile.

Small Cell means a wireless telecommunications facility within the volume limits established by the Federal Communications Commission for small wireless antennas and associated equipment in the First Amendment to Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for the Collocation of Wireless Antennas (47 C.F.R. Part 1 Appendix B).

Small Cell or “Small Wireless Facility” means a wireless facility that meets the following qualifications:

Small Cell means operator-controlled, low-powered radio access nodes (with a typical range of between 10 metres to several hundred metres) including without limitation, nodes that operate in licensed spectrum and unlicensed carrier-grade Wi-Fi, residential femtocells, picocells, microcells and metrocells;“Small Cell Forum”means Small Cell Forum Limited, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales under registration no. 6295097 (and includes, as the context requires, the trade body run under the auspices of the company by, and for the benefit of, the Members and in pursuance of the Objectives);“Terms of Reference”means the terms of reference of the Secretariat in the form agreed by the Executive Board from time to time;“Vice-Chair”means the vice chairperson of the Small Cell Forum from time to time appointed in accordance with the provisions of, and having the rights and responsibilities set out in, Articles J24 and J27;“WebEx”means the Cisco Web conferencing and collaboration product of that name or any other similar product authorised for use by the Executive Board for the purposes of the Small Cell Forum from time to time; and“Working Group”means a working group or special interest group established by the Executive Board of the Small CellForum in accordance with these Articles from time to time.
