Small Business Subcontracting Plan. (at 48 CFR §52.219-9); and

(Subparagraphs (d) and (e) of such clause are the primary portions of the clause that concern the contents and effective implementation of subcontracting plans.) The Contractor shall insert the clause entitled “Utilization of Small Business Concerns” (see above) in subcontracts that offer further subcontracting opportunities and shall comply with the requirements for record keeping and reporting to the Federal Government.
