SLA Report definition

SLA Report means the Uptime Service Level report.
SLA Report means the form of report prepared by the Contractor which indicates status of service commitments and service levels.
SLA Report means the report on the Service Levels measured for the defined period.

  • The total number of Service Level Failures during the specified measurement period will be documented in the Monthly SLA Report for that measurement period.
