Sitting Period definition

Sitting Period means a series of sitting days;
Sitting Period. When the Sitting Year is divided into two distinct periods and is the period normally between the first Sitting Day in February and last Sitting Day in June in each year, or the period normally between the first Sitting Day in August and the last Sitting Day in December in each year

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants.
