Examples of Site Representatives in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Flexion On Site Representatives shall have (i) no management authority over any Patheon employee and (ii) no authority to conclude contracts on behalf of Flexion.

  • Flexion On Site Representatives shall be appropriately trained by Flexion (e.g. GMP training) and shall observe at all times Patheon’s policies and procedures (as amended from time-to-time) as they pertain to the Facility, including policies relating to health and safety and compliance with GMP, and comply with all reasonable directions of Patheon in relation to the same; provided that Flexion is given notice of such policies and given a reasonable period of time to review and implement such policies.

  • The Flexion On Site Representatives shall have full access to the Manufacturing Suite and to the non-financial records that relate to the Product, and all records pertaining to any Materials and to Third Party invoices specifically invoiced by Patheon to Flexion as a Capital Expenditure or Xxxx Back Item.

  • Site Representatives shall also be entitled to consult with the Sellers and make recommendations as to all activities relating to the management, operation, maintenance, construction, renewal, addition, replacement, modification and disposal of the Purchased Assets or the conduct of the Business, including, without limitation, applications for authorizations, permits and licenses, and fuel procurement and transportation.

  • Licensee representative means an owner, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, or other representative of a licensee, to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Estate Representative means an executor, an administrator, an administrator with the will annexed, a liquidator, or an estate trustee with a will or without a will, whether one or more than one is so appointed;

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Contractor Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Contractor in a written notice to Owner specifying any and all limitations of such Person’s authority, and acceptable to Owner, who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Contractor on all matters pertaining to this Agreement or the Work including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Contractor Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 2.2B.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Buyer’s Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;

  • Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.

  • Trustee Representatives has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).

  • Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
