Site Regulations definition

Site Regulations means regulations, as described in Schedule "4" attached hereto.
Site Regulations means environmental and safety regulations, attached as Appendix M herein, and as these may be amended from time to time by the APC and submitted to the Supplier; The Site Regulations shall not apply to the Erection Site if located outside Ashdod port.
Site Regulations means regulations set out in Schedule “B” that regulate the conduct of a person using the Disposal Site.

Site Regulations means regulations as described in Schedule “E” hereto, which must be adhered to by any person using a Solid Waste Management Facility.
Site Regulations means the Principal's site regulations for contractors, as amended from time to time. Supply includes the supply and delivery of Goods and Ancillary Services in accordance with this Contract. Site Regulations means such reasonable regulations as may be promulgated by or on behalf of the Developer from time to time for the efficient running of the Development Site Provided that such regulations shall not prevent the commencement, continuation and completion of the Fit Out Works in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement in a reasonably programmed orderly and continuous manner without material interruption obstruction or restriction

  • Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and official policies of CITY governing the development and use of land, including, without limitation, the permitted use of land, the density or intensity of use, subdivision requirements, the maximum height and size of proposed buildings, the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, and the design, improvement and construction standards and specifications applicable to the development of the Property. “Land Use Regulations” does not include any CITY ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation or official policy, governing:

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • SBE Regulations means the written regulations and procedures adopted pursuant to this chapter for procurement of Supplies, Services and Public Works.
