Site Instruction definition

Site Instruction means a written order to the Contractor issued by the Employer or his representative after Contract signature authorizing minor alterations, additions, deletions or revisions in the agreed scope of work which shall not require an adjustment to the Contract Period or the Contract Price.
Site Instruction means an instruction in writing issued by the Town to the Contractor regarding the Work or performance of the Work. A Site Instruction may or may not be followed by a Change Order.
Site Instruction means an instruction, not involving any adjustment to the Contract Price or Contract Time, in the form of specifications, drawings, schedules, samples, models or written instructions and which may be issued by the Prime Consultant to supplement the Scope of Work Documents as required for the performance of the Work.
