Where a Site inspection is required, Bidder shall be required to inspect the Site, including environmental or other conditions, for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product or that may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product.
Site inspection may be arranged not less than ten (10) calendar days prior, shall include the names of all participants, and shall be at no expense to Contractor.
