For the purpose of this Bill of Quantities, the following words shall have the meanings hereby assigned to them: Unit : The unit of measurement for each item of work as defined in the Scope of Work and Site Information.

More Definitions of Site Information

Site Information means Site specific details obtained by the Supplier in providing the Site Works and Installation Services, which shall include the following: MPAN; Meter serial number; opening reading for the Month; reading type (e.g. AMR, estimated, actual); closing reading date for last invoice; reading factor; Meter consumption; and KWhs. Site Works and Installation Services means services provided by the Supplier to the Customer under an Additional Services Goods, Works and Services Contract which have the result of amending the characteristics of a Site or a Supply Point at a Site. Standard Connection Agreement means an agreement deemed to be entered into between the Customer and the Distribution Network Operator for the connection to the Distribution System. Sterling, £/Pound and xxxxx means pounds or xxxxx xxxxxxxx, the legal currency of the United Kingdom, unless and until the United Kingdom adopts the Euro as its lawful currency in substitution for Sterling.

Site Information means any information relevant to the Site that is supplied or made available to the Subcontractor by or on behalf of the Contractor whether or not the information comprises part of the Subcontract.

Site Information means the document that describes the site as at the time of tender, to enable the tenderer to price tender and to decide upon the method of working and programming;

Site Information means any information relevant to the physical conditions of the Site and its near surrounds which is supplied or made available to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Principal whether or not the information comprises part of this Minor Works Contract.

Site Information is defined in Section 3.5(a);

Site Information means any information relating to the Site, or Site Conditions, which is supplied or made available to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Employer, whether or not the information comprises part of the Contract and whether the information was provided to the Contractor before or after the date of the Contract.
