Site Documents definition

Site Documents means the depiction of the use area, schematic plans and map showing location of the installation of the Wireless Facility in the Right-of-way, including but not limited to the title report of the use area, vicinity map, site plan, elevations, technical specifications and the cubic feet of the non-antenna wireless equipment.
Site Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 18.3. "Special Meeting" has the meaning set forth in Section 31.6.
Site Documents means all manner of works-contract documents, papers, correspondence, reports, forms, drawings, images, charts, records, in whatsoever format or medium, gathered from award of the contract to completion of all the contractual obligations.

Examples of Site Documents in a sentence

  • CM/GC shall maintain one (1) record copy of all Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and similar required Submittals, which have been prepared by CM/GC or of which CM/GC has been provided a copy, at the Site ("Site Documents").

  • CM/GC shall provide to Owner a complete set of Site Documents, in good condition and certifying them to be complete and accurate in all material respects, at the time of its Final Payment Application.

  • To City’s actual knowledge, except as may otherwise be disclosed by City to Developer in writing in the Site Documents, the Site is in compliance with all Environmental Laws, and City has not used, generated, transported, discharged, released, manufactured, stored, or disposed of any Hazardous Materials from, into, at, on, under, or about the Site.

  • In the event the Site Documents impose affirmative duties to be performed on land outside the Premises, Xxxxxx is not obligated to perform such duties unless the Site Documents specifically impose such duties upon the land included within the Premises and Lessee can reasonably perform such duties.

  • Lessee shall not have power to amend, modify, terminate or otherwise change the Site Documents.

  • The Site Documents are complete copies of such documents and represent all of the documents in City’s possession or control concerning the physical and/or environmental condition of the Site.

  • CM/GC shall also maintain one (1) record copy of Change Orders and Construction Change Directives, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and similar required submittals at the Project Site ("Site Documents").

  • Lessee shall pay, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Lessor and its agents and representatives of, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, interest or penalties of any kind or nature whatsoever, including attorneys', arbitrators' and experts' fees and court costs, which arise from or relate to violations of the Site Documents by Lessee or those claiming through Lessee.

  • At Owner’s request, and pursuant to a Construction Change Directive or Change Order, CM/GC shall provide to Owner a complete set of Site Documents, not including a record survey of completed construction, in good condition and certifying them to be complete and accurate in all material respects, at the time of its Final Payment Application.

  • Subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, all Attachments as well as the Site Documents), Developer shall acquire the Site in its “AS-IS” condition but subject to City’s representations, warranties and covenants in this Agreement and the documents and instruments delivered by City at the Closing (collectively, the “City’s Representations”).


More Definitions of Site Documents

Site Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 501 below.
Site Documents means the depiction of the use area, schematic plans and map showing location of the installation of the Wireless Facility in the Right-of-way, including but not limited to the title report of the use area, vicinity map, site plan, elevations, latitude, longitude and exact height of the antenna, electrical power and metering specifications, horizontal fiber-optic cable runs within the use area, technical specifications and the cubic feet of the non-antenna wireless equipment. GPS coordinates shall be in WGS1984 format using decimal degrees to eight (8) digits.

Related to Site Documents

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Note Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees and this Indenture.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Relevant Documents has the meaning specified in Section 11.02.

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.

  • Indenture Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes, the Security Documents and this Agreement and (b) any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Indenture or any Security Document, in each case, as such agreements, documents or instruments may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreement, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreement.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
