Site Conditions definition

Site Conditions means the condition of the Lands, including the physical, geophysical, climatic, ecological, environmental, geotechnical and archaeological conditions.
Site Conditions means conditions and circumstances on, at, near, affecting and/or relevant to the Site and/or below the surface of the Site (including weather, climatic, geological, hydrological and geotechnical conditions).
Site Conditions means any physical conditions above, upon, under or over the surface, or in the vicinity, of the Site or Extra Land and includes:

  • The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.

More Definitions of Site Conditions

Site Conditions means any physical conditions on, under, or over the surface, or in the vicinity of the Crown Site and (as applicable) any Extra Land, including:
Site Conditions means the physical and other conditions at the Site and the surrounding area as a whole, including conditions relating to the environment, transportation, access, waste disposal, handling and storage of materials, the availability and quality of electric power, the availability and quality of water, the availability and quality of roads, the availability and quality of labor personnel and local work and labor rules, climatic conditions and seasons, topography, air and water (including raw water) quality conditions, ground surface conditions, surface soil conditions, sound attenuation, subsurface geology, nature and quantity of surface and subsurface materials to be encountered (including Hazardous Materials), the geological and subsurface conditions of the Site, all other local and other conditions which may be material to Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Agreement, and the location of underground utilities, obstructions and equipment and facilities needed before and during performance of Contractor’s obligations under the Agreement.
Site Conditions means physical conditions on, under, over or around the Site or characteristics of the Site or its surroundings, excluding weather conditions (and the effect of weather conditions) but including any:
