Site Allowance definition

Site Allowance means the payment that is paid to an Employee whilst working on a Specified Site as outlined in clause 13 of this Agreement;
Site Allowance means Site Allowances prescribed in sub-clause (28) (3) of this Agreement;

  • For the purposes of determining Site Allowance in accordance with this Agreement, the boundaries of the “City of Melbourne” are defined as follows: Commencing at the point where Citylink (Tullamarine Freeway) intersects Racecourse Road, proceed east along Racecourse Road, Xxxxxxx Avenue, Macarthur Road Cemetery Road West, Cemetery Road East and Princes Street to Xxxxxxxxx Street.

  • All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • For the purposes of determining Site Allowance in accordance with this Agreement, the boundaries of the “City of Melbourne” are defined as follows: Commencing at the point where CityLink (Tullamarine Freeway) intersects Racecourse Road, proceed east along Racecourse Road, Xxxxxxx Avenue, MacArthur Road Cemetery Road West, Cemetery Road East and Princes Street to Xxxxxxxxx Street.

  • All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Payment on such an RDO shall include the daily Travel Allowance, and any applicable Site Allowance as prescribed by this Appendix.

  • Where employees are engaged on the refurbishment of multi-storey commission flats, the employees shall receive a minimum Site Allowance as set out in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • All new construction and extension/refurbishment work of shopping centres, retail strip shops and stand alone retail facilities having a project value in excess of $2.2 million will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • All new construction and extension / refurbishment work at Melbourne Airport having a project value in excess of $2.2 million will attract, for each and every hour worked on-site the current City of Melbourne Site Allowance as provided in clause 18.6 plus an additional 15c per hour.

  • Where employees are engaged on the refurbishment of multi-storey commission flats, the employees shall receive a minimum Site Allowance as set out in Appendix A to this Part.

  • SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”

  • disability living allowance means a disability living allowance under section 71 of the SSCBA;

  • emission allowance means a financial instrument as defined in point (11) of Section C of Annex I of Directive [new MiFID].

  • Allowance means compensation payable to an employee in addition to the regular remuneration payable for the performance of the duties of his position.

The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0.   • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant. Contextual Note: Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, an above definition for a singular term shall also apply (where appropriate) to the plural form of such term and vice versa to the extent necessary for giving the proper meanings to the terms defined in this Article II and/or terms otherwise used in this Agreement.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. The individuals need not contribute equally or jointly to the cost of these expenses as long as they agree that both are responsible for the cost.

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).
