Site Access means access to the entire DCPP site, including all land, roads, buildings and structures outside the "protected area". This access is normally at the entrance at the Avila Beach gate but includes any other means of access.
Site Access. Buyer grants Contractor and any subcontractors full permission to enter the site during the duration of the Solar System installation, and to use reasonable work areas in order to complete the installation. Buyer also grants Contractor permission to access the site after the completion for the purposes of repair, inspection, monitoring, or update of the Solar System. Existing Conditions: Contractor is not responsible and bears no liability for the malfunctioning of existing electrical equipment at the site, including but not limited to the main electrical service panel, any major electrical devices, or any other fuses or similar devices. Unforeseen Conditions: Contractor is not responsible for delays or expenses related to unanticipated, unusual, or unforeseen conditions at the site, including but not limited to inclement weather, roof condition and structure, subsurface conditions, underground or aboveground water, gas or severed pipes, electrical or cable lines or transformers, or any other physical or material hindrance to the installation of the Solar System. If the contractor discovers unforeseen conditions requiring additional cost, Contractor shall present such costs to Buyer through a change order and receive Xxxxx’s written approval before beginning or continuing installation.
Site Access. Means of Access – Contractor, its employees, and suppliers shall enter and exit the station property only through those gates designated for their use. Contractor shall be responsible for enforcing this provision. Parking/Use of Plant Roadways – Contractor and its employees shall park their personal vehicles in areas designated by Purchaser’s Representative. Contractor’s employees who have specific permission from Purchaser’s Representative to drive an automobile or truck over plant roadways must drive at safe speeds, not to exceed posted limits and obey all traffic signs. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any damages to personal vehicles including, but not limited to damages resulting from stack fallout, vandalism, painting, or weather.
