Site Acceptance Tests definition

Site Acceptance Tests mean the collective reference to the performance and reliability demonstrations specified in the Exhibits to determine whether a site meets the Specifications and other requirements of this Contract.

Examples of Site Acceptance Tests in a sentence

  • The Contractor and Owner each acting reasonably shall thereafter schedule such further Site Acceptance Tests and the Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it will make Commercially Reasonable Efforts to minimise revenue loss to the Owner.

Related to Site Acceptance Tests

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means, as to a particular Licensed Product, an initial clinical study in humans with the purpose of assessing the Licensed Product’s safety, tolerability, toxicity, pharmacokinetics or other pharmacological properties.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
