Site Acceptance Test definition

Site Acceptance Test or “SAT” means the act of performing the technical and operational tests required to be carried out on the ATFM System at the Delivered or Installed Site(s) to determine acceptability for full operational use;
Site Acceptance Test. (SAT) means a test to be performed by the Supplier at DALO’s location in the presence of DALO’s representatives, in order to demonstrate that the De- liverables conform to all requirements and obligations of the Contract . The Site Ac- ceptance Test shall be carried out when the Deliverables have been installed and incorpo- rated into DALO’s existing equipment and systems in accordance with the Contract .

Site Acceptance Test means the site acceptance tests described or referred to in the Specification and/or the Order (as applicable);

Site Acceptance Test means the final acceptance test of the Goods, upon Installation. “Third Party” means any person or entity other than Buyer Group or Seller Group.
