Single project definition

Single project means an activity that requires a certificate of need or, in the case of a capital expenditure, an activity or a group of activities involving a distinct physical area or areas of a health facility or involving the same service or similar services.
Single project means a single construction or other project undertaken by the Customer and in relation to which the Cloud Services are received.

Single project means all items
Single project means a planned undertaking with a specific goal, and shall include all of the various components of such undertaking. In case of explosion, fire, flood or other sudden emergency, whether of the same or different nature (an "Emergency"), TEPI may take such steps and incur such expenses as in its opinion are required to deal with the Emergency to safeguard life and property. Upon the expenditure of funds by TEPI in response to an Emergency, as defined herein, TEPI shall provide DLB, immediately thereafter with actual notice (within 24 hours) and a detailed accounting or authority for expenditure ("AFE") of the funds expended (within 5 days).
