Single event permit means an event permit issued by the state that authorizes the storage, sale, offer for sale, furnishing, and consumption of liquor for a period not to exceed (a) 72 consecutive hours, or (b) 120 consecutive hours, as described on the Ppermit.

Single event permit means single-event permit that allows the licensee to sell and allows the on-premises consumption of any alcohol (including beer) at a temporary event not to exceed one hundred twenty hours. This permit is available to a bona fide partnership, corporation, limited liability company, church, political organization, or incorporated association or to a recognized subordinate lodge, chapter or other local unit thereof that is conducting a civic or community enterprise or convention.
