Significant Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 2.22(b).

More Definitions of Significant Supplier

Significant Supplier is defined in Section 3.20.

Significant Supplier means, as of a given date, a supplier of specialty gifts, decorative accessories or home furnishings whose aggregate sales to the Company, its affiliates or subsidiaries during the three (3) year period immediately preceding that given date exceeded $400,000.

Significant Supplier means, with respect to each of the Company and Subsidiary, the top 5 suppliers to the Company or Subsidiary, as applicable, by dollar volume of purchase, for the six-month period ended on June 30, 2021 and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, as set forth on Schedule 3.22.
