Significant net emission increase definition

Significant net emission increase means an emission increase of any air contaminant determined pursuant to the procedures set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:27-18.7 to be a significant net emission increase.

  • Significant emissions increase means, for a regulated NSR pollutant, an increase in emissions that is significant for that pollutant.

  • Net emissions increase means, with respect to any regulated NSR pollutant emitted by a major stationary source, the amount by which the sum of the following exceeds zero:

  • General Wage Increase means a general wage increase resulting from the formula set out in this LOA and applied as a percentage increase to all wage rates in the collective agreement on the first pay day after the commencement of the eleventh (11th) month in a collective agreement year;

  • Leverage Increase Period has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(a).

  • Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.

  • Insurance Cost Increase shall not, however, include any premium increases resulting from the nature of the occupancy of any other lessee of the Building. If the parties insert a dollar amount in Paragraph 1.9, such amount shall be considered the "BASE PREMIUM." If a dollar amount has not been inserted in Paragraph 1.9 and if the Building has been previously occupied during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Commencement Date, the "Base Premium" shall be the annual premium applicable to such twelve (12) month period. If the Building was not fully occupied during such twelve (12) month period, the "Base Premium" shall be the lowest annual premium reasonably obtainable for the Required Insurance as of the Commencement Date, assuming the most nominal use possible of the Building. In no event, however, shall Lessee be responsible for any portion of the premium cost attributable to liability insurance coverage in excess of $1,000,000 procured under Paragraph 8.2(b).

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase in CPI over the preceding Lease Year as calculated by the fraction whose numerator is (a) the most current CPI available on the date of calculation minus (b) the most current CPI available on the first day of the immediately preceding Lease Year in question (the “Base CPI”), and whose denominator is the Base CPI, but in no event shall the “CPI Increase” be less than zero.

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.

  • Expansion Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements. Expansion Capital Expenditures shall include interest (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees paid during the Construction Period on Construction Debt. Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.

  • Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.

  • Material Project EBITDA Adjustments means, with respect to each Material Project:

  • Incremental Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Floor Area Ratio (FAR) means the quotient obtained by dividing the total covered area (plinth area) on all floors by the area of plot.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Significant Modification As defined in Section 3.25.

  • Merit Increase means an increase in the rate of pay of an employee within the employee’s pay range which may be granted in recognition of satisfactory service on the employee’s anniversary date.

  • Subproject means a development activity proposed by a Beneficiary under Part A.2 (d) of the Project and financed or to be financed through a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) made out of the proceeds of the Development Credit;

  • Planned special exposure means an infrequent exposure to radiation, separate from and in addition to the annual occupational dose limits.

  • Alteration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.

  • Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.

  • First Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted 20 months prior to the start of the Delivery Year to which it relates.

  • Net Working Capital Target means $0.00.
