E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.

Substituted Specimen means a specimen with laboratory values that are so diminished that they are not consistent with oral fluid and which shall be deemed a violation of this policy, and shall be processed as if the test results were positive.
Adoption means a transfer of ownership, with or without remuneration, of an animal from an animal control shelter or animal protection shelter to an individual for the purpose of being a companion animal for that individual. As used in this subdivision, a companion animal includes, but is not limited to, a dog that is used for hunting or as a guard dog.
Signatories means those companies or industry participants who sign this Voluntary Agreement, which shall include (but not be limited to) Equipment Manufacturers, Software Providers, Conditional Access Providers, Component Manufacturers and Service Providers.

A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;
Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.
