Signatory Airlines definition

Signatory Airlines means Lessee and those air carriers who have executed an agreement substantially similar to the Basic Agreement. After December 1, 2008, in order to be a Signatory Airline, an air carrier shall also have executed an agreement substantially similar to this Agreement (except for the premises leased thereunder).
Signatory Airlines means Airlines that have executed agreements with the Commission substantially the same as this Agreement.
Signatory Airlines has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Use Agreement.

Examples of Signatory Airlines in a sentence

  • In the event AIRLINE uses its Airline Premises without the written consent of AUTHORITY after this Agreement has been canceled or expires, AIRLINE shall be deemed a tenant at sufferance during the period of such use and shall pay the rate for rentals, fees, and charges established by AUTHORITY for Air Transportation Companies which are not Signatory Airlines during such period.

  • The Port shall establish a Common Use Facilities Advisory Committee (“Committee”), composed of representatives designated by the Port and representatives of the Signatory Airlines designated by the AAAC.

  • Xxxxxxx further acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a default by a Signatory Airline that does not have a Security Deposit pursuant to this Section, Airline and all other Signatory Airlines shall be responsible for the payment of any costs, losses, amounts associated with the default or breach by any Signatory Airline in accordance with Article 8 of this Agreement.

  • The Committee shall consider both the operational efficiency (from the perspectives of the Port, the Signatory Airlines and any Non-Signatory Airlines) and the customer service implications of its recommendations.

  • If such common use space is unavailable or inadequate to meet the reasonable requirements of the Requesting Airline, as determined by the Port, the Port shall encourage Signatory Airlines voluntarily to accommodate the Requesting Airline, by subletting or otherwise making available for use by the Requesting Airline space within the Terminal that is subject to their exclusive or preferential use.

  • The Port will notify the Chair of the AAAC in writing when the Port has determined that a Requesting Airline cannot be accommodated in common use space, and the Signatory Airlines will have fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of such notice by the Chair of the AAAC to voluntarily agree to accommodate the Requesting Airline.

  • Airline’s use of all Gates shall at all times be subject to the Port’s Gate Use, Assignment and Scheduling Procedure, which may be amended from time to time after consultation with the Signatory Airlines.

  • If the Port is unable to meet the reasonable requirements of the Requesting Airline, as determined by the Port, after requiring the Signatory Airlines, including Airline, to accommodate the Requesting Airline in their preferential use space, the Port shall consider whether the reasonable requirements of the Requesting Airline could be met in a reasonable, cost-effective way by constructing temporary or permanent new facilities.

  • The Port shall maintain a list of Capital Improvement projects and provide it to Airline upon Xxxxxxx’s request, including the projects listed on Exhibit F that have been approved by the Majority-in-Interest or that have been subject to review by the Signatory Airlines under subsection 6.2. This list shall be the basis for cost reporting to the Airlines as prescribed in the Capital Project Procedures.


More Definitions of Signatory Airlines

Signatory Airlines means an air transportation company or companies at the relevant point in time performing scheduled air transportation over specified routes to and from Orlando, which air transportation company or companies shall hold any necessary authority to provide such transportation from the appropriate governmental agencies having jurisdiction to grant such authority, if required under applicable law, and which air transportation company or companies has an agreement or agreements with Authority substantially similar to this Agreement.
Signatory Airlines means all certificated Air Carriers providing scheduled passenger service at the Airport and occupying space within the Terminal Building under Short Term Leases or as subtenants thereof, and all air cargo carriers with direct agreements with the State Department of Transportation providing for the development and use of cargo facilities at Bradley International Airport and subtenants thereof.
Signatory Airlines means airlines engaged in the business of scheduled transportation by air of persons, property, mail and/or cargo to and from the Airport which have executed agreements with AUTHORITY essentially CHARLESTON COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY SCHEDULED AIRLINE OPERATING AGREEMENT AND TERMINAL BUILDING LEASE identical to this Agreement covering the use and occupancy of facilities at the Airport.
Signatory Airlines means those Airlines providing Air Transportation to and from the Airport that have executed substantially similar agreements to this Agreement with the Authority covering the use and occupancy of the facilities at the Airport. Airlines must satisfy the following requirements to qualify as a Signatory Airline:

  • designated airline means an airline designated and authorized in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

  • Boat means any device capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.

  • Airline means any air transport enterprise offering or operating international air services;

  • Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.

  • International airport means an airport:

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Scheduled Airline means any civilian aircraft operated by a civilian scheduled air carrier holding a certificate, license or similar authorization for civilian scheduled air carrier transport issued by the country of the aircraft’s registry, and which in accordance therewith flies, maintains and publishes tariffs for regular passenger service between named cities at regular and specified times, on regular or chartered flights operated by such carrier.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.

  • international flight means all flights other than Domestic Flights.

  • Unmanned aircraft means an aircraft that is not:

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Delta means the positive or negative number that is a measure of the change in market value of an option relative to changes in the value of the underlying interest of the option;

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Owned Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Maritime agency services means activities consisting in representing, within a given geographic area, as an agent the business interests of one or more shipping lines or shipping companies, for the following purposes:

  • international air transport means air transport that passes through the airspace over the territory of more than one State;
