SIFMA Index Rate Period definition

SIFMA Index Rate Period means each period from and including a SIFMA Index Rate Conversion Date to but excluding the earliest of (a) the immediately succeeding Mandatory Purchase Date, (b) the immediately succeeding Conversion Date and (c) the Maturity Date.
SIFMA Index Rate Period means, when used with respect to the Series 2010D Bonds, any other period during which the Series 2010D Bonds bear interest at a SIFMA Index Rate.
SIFMA Index Rate Period means, with respect to Series B Notes bearing interest at the SIFMA Index Rate, the period from and including the date of issuance of such Series B Notes to but excluding the Maturity Date.

SIFMA Index Rate Period means the period during which a Series 2020 D Bond in the SIFMA Index Rate Mode shall bear a SIFMA Index Rate, which shall be the period commencing on, and including, the Mode Change Date to the SIFMA Index Rate and ending on, and including the next Wednesday, and thereafter the period commencing on Thursday of each week to and including Wednesday of the following week, except the final SIFMA Index Rate Period shall be from and including the Thursday of the week prior to the next Mode Change Date or the Maturity Date to and including the day next preceding the next Mode Change Date or the Maturity Date.
SIFMA Index Rate Period means each period from and including a SIFMA Index Rate Conversion Date to but excluding the earliest of (i) the immediately succeeding Bank Purchase Date, (ii) the immediately succeeding Conversion Date and (iii) the Principal Payment Date. SIFMA Rate Reset Date
SIFMA Index Rate Period means, each period from and including the Conversion Date to but excluding the Maturity Date.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, the rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits as reported on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m., London time, for such day, provided, if such day is not a LIBOR Business Day, the immediately preceding LIBOR Business Day (or if not so reported, then as determined by the Swingline Lender from another recognized source or interbank quotation).

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.
