Side Letters definition

Side Letters. As defined in Section 11.2(a). SIGTARP: The Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Similar Law: Any federal, state, local, non-U.S. or other law or regulation that could cause the underlying assets of the Partnership to be treated as assets of a Limited Partner by virtue of its Interest and thereby subject the Partnership and the General Partner (or other persons responsible for the investment and operation of the Partnership’s assets) to laws or regulations that are similar to the fiduciary responsibility or prohibited transaction provisions contained in Title I of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code.
Side Letters shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement. “SIGTARP” shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement. “Subadvisors” shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Side Letters means the side/amendment/variation letter(s), if any, made between the Landlord and the Tenant before, on or after the date of the Acceptance, to supplement, amend or vary the Offer Letter or the Lease.

  • Pursuant to the terms of the Constituent Document, the applicable Subscription Agreements and any applicable Side Letters, the Pledgor may make one or more Feeder Capital Calls upon the Feeder to make Feeder Capital Contributions to the Pledgor with respect to its Unfunded Feeder Commitment, subject to certain limitations specified in the Constituent Document, the applicable Subscription Agreements and any applicable Side Letters.

More Definitions of Side Letters

Side Letters shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
