Disability/Disabled means because of Injury or Sickness you are unable to perform the material duties of your Regular Occupation, or are receiving disability benefits under the Employer's plan, during the initial 9 months of Disability. Thereafter, you must be unable to perform all of the material duties of any occupation which you may reasonably become qualified based on education, training or experience, or are subject to the terms of a Rehabilitation Plan approved by the Insurance Company.
Short-Term Disability means short-term disability as defined in the Corporation’s short-term disability plan.
Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;
Disabled or Disability means Disabled or Disability within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code and the regulations thereunder. Generally, this means that the Participant is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, or is, by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, receiving income replacement benefits for a period of not less than three months under an accident and health plan covering Employees of the Employer.
Retirement Age means the earlier to occur of:
Disability or Disabled means that during the Elimination Period and your Own Occupation Period you are, as a result of Physical Disease, Injury, Mental Disorder, Substance Abuse or Pregnancy, unable to perform one or more of the Material Duties of your Own Occupation, and, due to such inability, your Work Earnings are less than 80% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings, and you are incapable of earning 80% or more of your Indexed Predisability Earnings. total disablement means such disablement, whether of a temporary or permanent nature, as incapacitates a workman for all work which he was capable of performing at the time of the accident resulting in such disablement:
Leave Year means the period during which the Agency Worker accrues and may take statutory leave commencing on the date that the Agency Worker starts an Assignment or a series of Assignments;

Long-Term Disability means the Grantee is receiving long-term disability benefits under the Employer’s long-term disability plan.
Total Disability means a “permanent and total disability” within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code and such other disabilities, infirmities, afflictions or conditions as the Committee by rule may include.
Temporary disability means wage loss replacement for the primary job;
Qualified disability expenses means that term as defined in section 529A of the internal revenue code.
Totally Disabled means that because of an injury or illness:

Disability Date means the date on which a Participant is deemed disabled under the employee benefit plans of the Corporation applicable to the Participant.
Seasonal employment means the employment of 1 or more individuals primarily hired to perform services during regularly recurring periods of 26 weeks or less in any 52-week period other than services in the construction industry.
Disability means total and permanent disability as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code.
Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.
Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).
Extended benefit period means a period which:
Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).
Mentally disabled means that a person suffers from a mental disease or defect which renders him or her incapable of appraising the nature of his or her conduct.
