SIAC Rules definition

SIAC Rules bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 15.2;

SIAC Rules is defined in Clause 10.3.1.

SIAC Rules means the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC, as may be amended, varied, superseded or replaced from time to time as the primary arbitration rules at SIAC;]

• If the dispute cannot be referred to or resolved by FIDREC, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

• Arbitration in Singapore shall be held in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Center ("SIAC Rules") then in effect.

• In the event of a conflict between any provision of the SIAC Rules and this Rule 117, this Rule 117 shall prevail.

More Definitions of SIAC Rules

SIAC Rules means the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force.

SIAC Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7(b).

SIAC Rules is defined in Clause 25.6.2;

SIAC Rules shall bear the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 20 below. “Special Condition(s)” means special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Company and Supplier as applying to the supply of Goods and/or Services, if any. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the Company and Supplier, these Standard Conditions shall prevail over any special terms and conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.

SIAC Rules shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 10.2.

SIAC Rules has the meaning given in clause 14.3.

SIAC Rules has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(b).
