Show Hours definition

Show Hours means Friday, April 12th, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 13th, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Show Hours means, on the days for which a performance or event is scheduled to be held or presented at the Proposed Entertainment Facility, those hours of the day beginning at the earlier of (x) three hours prior to the scheduled time for commencement of such performance or event or (y) two hours before the scheduled time of opening the gates of the Proposed Entertainment Facility to the public for such performance or event and ending three hours after the scheduled time for the conclusion of such performance or event.
Show Hours means, on the days for which a performance or event is scheduled to be held or presented at the Amphitheater, those hours of the day beginning four hours prior to the scheduled time for commencement of such performance or event and ending four hours after the conclusion of such performance or event

  • Subject to the provisions of Sections 7.5(a) and 8.1(a) hereof, neither Landlord nor any person deriving rights from Landlord shall use the Parking Facilities in any manner which will have a material, adverse effect on the number of parking spaces that are available to Patrons of the Amphitheater and Employees of the Amphitheater in the Parking Facilities during Show Hours for any Tenant Event.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for providing security in accordance with industry standards for first class outdoor entertainment facilities similar to the Amphitheater (i) at the Amphitheater and on the Amphitheater Tract on a year-round basis throughout the Term and (ii) on the Parking Tracts during Show Hours only.

  • In that connection, Landlord hereby covenants and agrees with Tenant that it will not license the right to a third party to, sell food or beverages on the Landlord Land in a manner which is generally calculated to be sold to Patrons of the Amphitheater during the Show Hours of any Tenant Event.

  • During Show Hours on the day of a Tenant Event, Tenant shall have the exclusive right, privilege and authority to use the Parking Tract for the purpose of parking the vehicles of the Amphitheater's Patrons and Employees.

  • During Show Hours on the day of a Tenant Event, Landlord may not use the Parking Tract for any purpose except as may be permitted pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.1(c) hereof.

  • Landlord shall have the right to use and possess, at its sole cost and expense, the New Parking Facilities during the Show Hours of all Landlord Events.

  • The Parking Authority shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, to cause the Parking Facilities to be (a) made available to SMP, its employees, invitees and patrons, on an exclusive basis, during all Show Hours (herein defined) and (b) operated in a first class, professional manner in accordance with certain performance criteria to be established and agreed upon between the Parking Authority and SMP.

  • The Parking Authority shall be required to secure and maintain in full force and effect during all Show Hours a comprehensive general liability insurance policy with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 aggregate with respect to bodily injury or death and with respect to property damage for incidents occurring on or about the Parking Facilities.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be responsible for providing security with respect to (i) the Fairground Tract, at any time, or (ii) the Parking Tract at any time other than during Show Hours on the day of a Tenant Event.

  • The Tenant intends to license concessionaires to sell such licensed merchandise at the Premises during Show Hours.

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits.   • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.

  • Peak-Hour Dispatch means, for purposes of calculating the Energy and Ancillary Services Revenue Offset under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5, an assumption, as more fully set forth in the PJM Manuals, that the Reference Resource is committed in the Day-Ahead Energy Market in four distinct blocks of four hours of continuous output for each block from the peak-hour period beginning with the hour ending 0800 EPT through to the hour ending 2300 EPT for any day when the average day-ahead LMP for the area for which the Net Cost of New Entry is being determined is greater than, or equal to, the cost to generate (including the cost for a complete start and shutdown cycle) for at least two hours during each four-hour block, where such blocks shall be assumed to be committed independently; provided that, if there are not at least two economic hours in any given four-hour block, then the Reference Resource shall be assumed not to be committed for such block; and to the extent not committed in any such block in the Day- Ahead Energy Market under the above conditions based on Day-Ahead LMPs, is dispatched in the Real-Time Energy Market for such block if the Real-Time LMP is greater than or equal to the cost to generate under the same conditions as described above for the Day-Ahead Energy Market. Peak Market Activity:

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and
