Short-Term Deferral Period definition

Short-Term Deferral Period means the period ending on the later of the 15th day of the third month following the end of the Executive’s tax year in which the separation from service occurs and the 15th day of the third month following the end of the Company’s tax year in which the separation from service occurs; and
Short-Term Deferral Period means, with respect to an amount (including Common Stock) payable pursuant to an Award, the period ending on the later of (1) the 15th day of the third month following the Grantee’s first taxable year in which the amount is no longer subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture, or (2) the 15th day of the third month following the Company’s first taxable year in which the amount is no longer subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture; provided, however, that such period (measured from the last day of the period) shall be within one calendar year and shall not exceed 2½ months. A Grantee shall have no discretion over the payment date and shall have no right to interest as a result of payment on a date other than the first day of the Short-Term Deferral Period.
Short-Term Deferral Period means a period determined in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(b)(4) beginning on the Termination Date with respect to a Qualifying Termination of Executive and ending on the 15th day of the third month following the later of (i) the last day of the calendar year or (ii) the last day of the Company’s taxable year in which, in either case, the Termination Date occurs.

Short-Term Deferral Period means, with respect to an amount (including Shares) payable pursuant to an Award, the 2 1/2-month period beginning on the day immediately following the last day of the Participant’s first taxable year in which the amount is no longer subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture. In no event shall interest be payable to reflect a payment date after the first day of the Short-Term Deferral Period.
Short-Term Deferral Period means the short-term deferral period (within the meaning of IRS Code Section 409A and Treas. Regs. §1.409A-1(b)(4));
Short-Term Deferral Period means the period ending on 15 March after the end of the calendar year in which Vesting occurs;

For this purpose, the term “substantial risk of forfeiture” shall have the meaning provided by Section 409A.
