SHORT FORM. - means an abbreviation;
SHORT FORM means Form S-2 or Form S-3 under the Securities Act, and any other form promulgated after the date of this Agreement applicable in circumstances substantially comparable to either of those forms, regardless of its designation.

SHORT FORM. Registration on Forms S-2 and S-3. Following its first Public Offering, the Issuer shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to qualify for registration on Forms S-2 or S-3 or any comparable or successor form or forms.
