Shops at Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Passu Companion Loan. With respect to the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Whole Loan, the Companion Loan evidenced by the related promissory note A-1 made by the related Mortgagor and secured by the Mortgage on the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Mortgaged Property, which are not included in the Trust and which are pari passu in right of payment to the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Mortgage Loan documents and as provided in the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Co-Lender Agreement.
