Shops at Xxxxxxxx Whole Loan. The Shops at Xxxxxxxx Mortgage Loan, together with the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Passu Companion Loan, each of which is secured by the same Mortgage on the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Mortgaged Property. References herein to the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Whole Loan shall be construed to refer to the aggregate indebtedness under the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Mortgage Loan and the Shops at Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Passu Companion Loan.

Related to Shops at Xxxxxxxx Whole Loan

  • Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.
