  • The Subscriber is responsible for notifying the SHOP Exchange of any changes in the status of a Dependent as an eligible individual; or his or her eligibility for coverage, except when the Dependent Child reaches the Limiting Age.

SHOP Exchange means the Small Business Health Options Program in accordance with § 1311(b)(1)(B) of the ACA and 45 C.F.R. Part 155 Subpart H, incorporated above at § 1.3 of this Part, through which a qualified employer may provide its employees and their dependents participation in one or more QHPs.
SHOP Exchange means the Small Business Health Options Program, established as a component of the Exchange pursuant to this chapter, through which a qualified employer can provide its eligible employees and their dependents with access to one or more qualified health plans or qualified dental plans.
