Shop Committee is used, it shall mean Shop, Camp, Mill or Plant Committee, members of which are ap- pointed by the Union. The Shop Committee shall con- sist of not less than three (3) employees and not more than seven (7) employees with completed probation- ary period of employment with the Company who are members of the Union and, wherever possible, they shall be selected on a departmental basis.

  • No member of the Shop Committee will be recognized by the Company unless the above procedure is carried out.

  • The Union or Shop Committee will inform the Company in writing when any member change takes place on the said Committee.

  • Matters pertaining to the interpretation or application of this agreement and disputes over such matters will be discussed and adjusted by the Company and this Shop Committee as provided for in Sections 7.04 and 7.05.

  • The Local Union shall notify the Company by letter of the amount of back dues owed by new employees and copies of such letter shall be furnished to the employee and the Shop Committee.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
