Shipyard Site definition

Shipyard Site is defined in the DDA.
Shipyard Site means the Shipyard Redevelopment Plan Area, but not including the Hunters Point Hill Residential District (as defined and set forth in the Shipyard Plan Amendment).
Shipyard Site is defined in the Recitals.

  • The Streetscape Plan, as described in Exhibit E-B to this DRDAP, consisting of two separate streetscape plans – one for the Shipyard Site and one for the Candlestick Site – shall be submitted to the Agency not less than ninety (90) days before the submittal of the first Major Phase Application (the “Streetscape Submittal Date”).

  • The Parties intend that the Streetscape Plan will relate to the Shipyard Site and the Candlestick Site, respectively, and create integration and conformity of the streetscapes as described in the Streetscape Plan.

  • However, in order to develop the residential component of the Non-Stadium Alternative on the Shipyard Site, the approval of the Navy and environmental regulatory agencies will be required.

  • The Parties anticipate that the environmental remedies selected by the Navy in Final Records of Decision for certain real property in the Shipyard Site will require the imposition of land use and activity restrictions on such property.

  • Developer shall reasonably cooperate with the Agency and the City, and as the case may be in consultation with the PAC and CAC, to facilitate the rehabilitation of Building 813 on the Shipyard Site, which totals approximately two hundred sixty thousand (260,000) gross square feet, for use as a center for the incubation of emerging businesses and technologies, including, but not limited to, clean tech, biotech, green business, arts and digital media.

  • The Parties intend that the Signage Plan will relate to the Shipyard Site and the Candlestick Site, respectively, and create integration and conformity of the building signage as described in the Signage Plan.

  • The Department of the Navy will be provided an opportunity to review and comment on the DMP, particularly with respect to ordnance and munitions that have been identified in proximity to the Shipyard Site.

  • Without limiting the generality of any other conditions precedent to the Agency’s obligation to convey real property under this DDA, the Parties agree it is a condition precedent to the Agency’s obligation to convey any real property at the Shipyard Site to Developer, and for Developer to take title to the same, that the applicable conveyance from the Navy under the Conveyance Agreement has been completed, and that all applicable Trust Exchange Closing Phases for the property have been completed.

Related to Shipyard Site

  • Shipyard means a facility capable of performing overhaul, repair, and maintenance work on covered vessels.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Reception center means a business that:

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

  • Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • mine site means the mining lease the accommodation area and other areas provided for the facilities of the Company in the vicinity of the mining lease;

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Port means a line or trunk connection point, including a line card and associated peripheral equipment, on a Central Office Switch but does not include Switch features. The Port serves as the hardware termination for line or Trunk Side facilities connected to the Central Office Switch. Each Line Side Port is typically associated with one or more telephone numbers that serve as the Customer's network address.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;
