Shipping means all methods of transportation or places of storage of Stone Products from the moment they leave the Property until the passing of title thereto or risks therefor (whichever is the later) to an independent purchaser, including, without limitation, any cost that may be incurred by reason of such methods or places used or any sorting or valuation facilities being situated off the Property; and
