Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

Shipper means a person that enters into a contract of transportation with a carrier.

Shipper as herein used means a party who contracts with Carrier for transportation of Crude Petroleum, as defined herein and under the terms of these rules and regulations.

Examples of Shipper in a sentence

The point(s) of delivery for all gas delivered by Transporter to Shipper or to a third party on behalf of Shipper under Transporter's Rate Schedules shall be (i) at the interconnection of the facilities of Transporter and Shipper or any applicable third parties, or (ii) at such other primary point(s) agreed upon by Shipper and Transporter and specified in Shipper's Service Agreement with Transporter.
Transporter may, in a not unduly discriminatory manner, agree with Shipper to terminate its service agreement or allow a reduction of Shipper’s capacity commitment prior to its expiration date.
Refunds owed by Transporter will be made by Transporter directly to Replacement Shipper, or indirectly through the Releasor if Replacement Shipper has appointed Releasor as its agent for xxxxxxxx pursuant to Section 14.9(a) above.

More Definitions of Shipper

Shipper means any party who gives notice to transport Product under the provisions outlined in this tariff.

Shipper means the party who contracts with carrier for shipment of petroleum products under the rules, regulations and rates of this tariff and other tariffs making specific reference hereto by FERC number.
