The Buyer shall have the right to provide notice to the Seller terminating this Contract for its convenience with respect to any Unit until the earlier of the dates: (a) when title to such Unit has passed to the Buyer pursuant to Article 15, or (b) when such Unit has been Shipped to the Buyer.
