Shipment Guide definition

Shipment Guide. Means the form issued by KCSM electronically by which KCSM documents the rendering of the Service and in which KCSM includes the information provided by the User through the Service Request, which is considered and integral part of the Xxxx of Lading, binding the User to all its terms and conditions.
