Ship C definition

Ship C means the Ship described as such in further details in Schedule 7 (Ships).
Ship C has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 7 (Details of Ships);
Ship C means the multipurpose bulk carrier of about 35,000 dwt having Builder’s Hull No. NYHS200722 to be constructed and sold by the Seller and to be purchased by Obligor C pursuant to the relevant Shipbuilding Contract;

  • In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires: Building Contract Amendment Document means the letter agreement dated 26 September 2013 detailing amendments to the scheduled delivery dates of the Ships and modifications to the specifications of Ship C and Ship G.

  • There are no rebates, commissions or other payments in connection with the Initial Ship C Charter other than those referred to in it.

Ship C means the 25,215 dwt 2015 built chemical tanker registered in the name of Borrower C on Xxxxxxxx Islands flag under the name m.t. "ARDMORE CHEROKEE".
