Shares of Stock or “Stock” means the Common Stock.

Shares of Stock means (i) the class of stock designated as the [Common/Preferred Stock] of the Company at the date of this Agreement, or (ii) any other class of stock resulting from successive changes or reclassification of such shares consisting solely of changes in par value, of from par value to no par value, or from no par value to par value. If at any time, as a result of an adjustment made pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) above, the holders of Warrants shall become entitled to purchase any shares of the Company other than shares of Stock, thereafter the number of such other shares so purchasable upon exercise of each Warrant and the Exercise Price of such shares shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in a manner and on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the provisions with respect to the Shares contained in paragraphs (a) through (d), inclusive, above, and the provisions of Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.6, 3.7(a) and 3.10, with respect to the Shares, shall apply on like terms to any such other shares.

Shares of Stock means (1) the class of stock designated as the Stock at the date of this Warrant Agreement, or (2) any other class of stock resulting from successive changes or reclassifications of such shares consisting solely of changes in par value, from no par value to par value or from par value to no par value. In the event that at any time, as a result of an adjustment made pursuant to this Section 4, the Holder shall become entitled to purchase any shares of the Company other than shares of Stock, thereafter the number of such other shares so purchasable upon exercise of each Warrant and the Warrant Price of such shares shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in a manner and on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the provisions with respect to the shares of Stock contained in this Section 4.1.

Shares of Stock issued in payment of any Performance Award may be fully vested and freely transferable shares or may be shares of Stock subject to Vesting Conditions as provided in Section 8.5. Any shares subject to Vesting Conditions shall be evidenced by an appropriate Award Agreement and shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 8.5 through 8.8 above.
Shares of Stock shall not be deemed to have been issued pursuant to the Plan with respect to any portion of an Award that is settled in cash.

Shares of Stock shall not be issued under the Plan unless the issuance and delivery of such shares comply with (or are exempt from) all applicable requirements of law, including (without limitation) the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, state securities laws and regulations, and the regulations of any stock exchange or other securities market on which the Company’s securities may then be traded.
Shares of Stock issued pursuant to the Plan may be either authorized but unissued shares or shares held by the Company in its treasury.

More Definitions of Shares of Stock

Shares of Stock or "Stock" means the Common Stock.
