Shares-in-Trust means any shares of Equity Stock designated Shares-in-Trust pursuant to Section (A)(3) of Article IX hereof.

Shares-in-Trust means any shares of Capital Stock designated Shares-in-Trust pursuant to subsection B of Article XIV.
