Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to unissued shares of the Issuer, shares of the Issuer held in its treasury in the event that in the discretion of the Issuer treasury shares shall be sold, and shares of the Issuer repurchased for resale.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement relates to the issuance and sale of Shares that are duly authorized, registered, and available for sale by the Fund, including redeemed or repurchased Shares if and to the extent that they may be legally sold and if, but only if, the Fund authorizes the Distributor to sell them.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to issued Shares of all Series of the Trust, Shares of all Series of the Trust held in its treasury in the event that in the discretion of the Trust treasury Shares shall be sold, and Shares of all Series of the Trust repurchased for resale.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to issued shares of all series of the Fund, shares of all series of the Fund held in its treasury in the event that, in the discretion of the Fund, treasury shares shall be sold, and shares of all series of the Fund repurchased for resale.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to issued Shares, Shares held in its treasury in the event that in the discretion of the Trust treasury Shares shall be sold, and Shares repurchased for resale.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement relates to the issuance and sale of Shares that are duly authorized, registered, and available for sale by the Corporation, on behalf of the Funds, generally only in aggregations constituting a Creation Unit, if and to the extent that they may be legally sold and if, but only if, the Corporation authorizes the Distributor to sell them.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This agreement shall apply to unissued shares of each Series, shares of each Series held in its treasury in the event that in the discretion of the Fund on behalf of the Series treasury shares shall be sold, and shares of the Series repurchased for resale.
Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to all Shares of the respective Classes of all Portfolios of the Fund listed upon Schedule A; all such Shares held in the Fund's treasury in the event that (in the discretion of the Fund) treasury shares shall be sold; and all such Shares repurchased by the Fund for resale.

Shares Covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to issued Advisor Class Shares, Advisor Class Shares held in its treasury in the event that in the discretion of the Trust treasury Shares of such class shall be sold, and Advisor Class Shares repurchased for resale.
