Shares Charge definition

Shares Charge has the meaning given to it in Section 3.1(a)(xii).
Shares Charge means the first priority charge of the shares of and in each Borrower to be executed by the Shareholder in favour of the Security Trustee in such form as the Agent may require in its sole discretion and in the plural means all of them;
Shares Charge means the RMSH Debenture referred to in Clause 2.3.1.3 (m).

More Definitions of Shares Charge

Shares Charge means the assignment of the charge over the issued share capital of Navion referred to in Clause 8.1.2.
