Shareholder Parent definition

Shareholder Parent shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Shareholder Parent means SoftBank Group Corp., a Japanese stock company (kabushiki kaisha).
Shareholder Parent means Smiths Group plc, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

  • Company Shareholder means any holder of any Company Shares.

  • Preferred Shareholder means any holder of Preferred Shares.
