Shareholder Notice definition

Shareholder Notice means a notice that (1) complies with the requirements of this Section 5.15 and (2) is given by or on behalf of an Eligible Shareholder.

Shareholder Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

• To exercise such option, an Exercising Shareholder must deliver an Undersubscription Notice to the selling Shareholder and the Company within ten (10) days after the expiration of the Shareholder Notice Period.
